Hi! I’m Shannon.  I’m a full time makeup artist, stylist and beauty blogger in Texas.  Being “this” has always been “me”, it just took me awhile to figure it out. I traveled around the country for several years talking about cars, sold some real estate and generally wandered from face to face as a freelancer in between. Regardless, I’m here and couldn’t be happier!

SO, a few things about me: I have a deep and abiding love of shoes (all shoes), my scarf collection is something that is to be envied and feared, cheerleading movies will make me stop changing channels EVERY TIME, I can’t pay retail for anything, I’m a complete and total grammar snob, my baby is the most hilarious human on this planet, I am a sucker for all things zombie, and I love the ellipse….

About what I do: I’m pretty much an equal opportunist when it comes to trends and products.  I think they all have their place and their person.  This whole idea that everyone should use everything in a specific order from the same manufacturer just doesn’t compute to me. Nothing thrills me more than the “what do I do with this?” email…I kinda like to give advice. Except seeing someone look at themselves for the first time after I’ve painted their face…THAT is magic.
